beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described
property, run thence South 175 feet to Point of Begin-
ning, thence continue South 5 feet; thence run Sast 83
feet, thence run North 5 feet, thence run West 83 feet
to Point of Beginning; and beginning at the Northeast
corner of the E'~ of NE'~ of SW'~ of NW'~ of Section 28-35-
40, run thence South 125 feet, thence run West 60 feet,
thence run North 125 feet, thence run East 60 feet to
Point of Beginning.
THIS DEBD is qiven for the purpose of correcting that certain deed
_ between the parties hereto dated November 15, 1960 and recorded in.
Deed Book 264, at page 360, which deed was defective since it con-
tained the signature of only one subscribing witness.
