THLS RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT, made this the ~ day of
, 1969, by and between HUMBLE OIL & REFII~TII~TG COMPANY,
a corporati n, with an office at 1600 Woodlawn Road, Charlotte, North
Carolina, as Partyof the First Part; and, THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, as
Party of the Second Part, a municipal corporation of the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida;
WITNESSETH:
THAT said Party of the First Part, in consideration of ~1.00 and
other valuable consideration, paid by the Party of the Second Par#, ~eceipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these presents
does bargain, sell and convey to said Party of the Second Part and its succes-
sors the right to use for the purpose of relocating power lines on that certain
parcel of land in the Citp of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
which is particularly described as follows :
- From the point of intersection of the southern right of way line ~

of 150 ft. , together with an adjoining 5 x 10 ft. guy line easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the land hereinbefore described unto the Party
of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, for the aforesaid use and purpose
and none other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Party of the F'rst Part has caused these
