. RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESENTSs •
WHSREAS, Holiday 4ut in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florida corporation, hereinafter referrQd to as the "mortqagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
_ Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqne, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as thereia mentioned.

AND WHERSAS, the said mortqagor has reques.ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinaEter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
. NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dol2ars to it in
hand paid, the reaeipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more ,
particularly described as follows:

said Clerk's Offiae in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgaqor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged oE and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
' herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the ren?aining part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
- the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
