I. Whenever GENERAL DEVEI.OPHiENT CORFOAATION, its succe~o~s or c~ssigns, shaU notify
the undersigned in writitiq at the addre~s indivated below (or at auch oiher address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cae not in Q reasonable state oi ~

within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs. maintenance,
etc., set lorth in said notice within 15 days after receipt ot same.
2. lf the undersigned shall fcril or reiuse to accomplish the required repmrs or maintencmce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or as.signs,
aciing by ~d through its duly autharized agents may come upon the premises Iot the purpose of doing
the necessairy work. Provided, however, that such work Shall be limited to lawn cmd ycffd maintencmce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appear~ce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the exterior ot
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsighily or unsate condition.
3. As to cmy ~osis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assiqns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work reten~ed to in the noiioe, the under-
signed agrees to mate pa~~ment thereof within 10 days after dem~d. Provided, however, thcrt dem~d
!or paymeni shall not exceed actual oosts or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shaU fail or refuse to make payment of the actual costs or
expenses incurred, then, auid in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORppRATION, its suc-
ccssors or assigns, may underiake collectia~ ot the sum which the undersiqned is obligated to pay
hereunder, togeiher with all costs oi oollectiaa? including a reasonable atto~ney's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additic~n to other remedies p~escribed by Florida law, give
notice that it has aoquired a lien atgcrinst the subject ~operty tor said amnount rmd may liie a Notice
oi Lien among the Pub~ic Re~o~rds of the County in which the p~emises cue situated.
