WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this l lth day of March , 196 9,
between ALAN S. BROWNE and HELEN C. BROWNE, his wife, of the
County of Martin in the State of Florida, parties of the first part,and
JOHN P. SORENSEN and RUTH V. SORENSEN, his wife, of the County
of St. Lucie, in the State of Florida, parties of the second part, whose
post office address is 2501 1Vorth Federal Highway, Fort Fierce, Florida,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for an~
