SUBJECT to all easements of record and highway rights of way
on both parcels, and zoning restrictions permitting operation of mobile
home parks.
THE PURPOSE OF THLS WARRANTY DEED LS TO CORRECT AN
ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THAT CERTAIN INSTRUMENT
NO. 168623 APP'EARING IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 127, PAGE 1945,
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC RECORDS.
The grantees herein agree to assume and pay that certain first
mortgage between Alan S. Browne and Helen C. Browne, his wife, and
A. C. Pottorff and Martha J. Pottorff, his wife, appearing in Official
Records Book 168, page 695, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
