second part. (Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" a~sll msclude singular and plursl , heirs, legal
representatives, and assigas of induviduals end the successors and
assigns of Corporations, vherever the context so admits or requires) '

tbe eum of $1.00 in haad paid by the said second party, the receipt
vhereof is bereby aeknorledged, does bereby rem~a~, reletse, and
quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all righta, titls,
interest, claim and demand vbich the said first party had in and to
the mortgages and the notes secured by said mortgagea and the land
encumbered by said aortgages as mentioned in the instruaents recorded
in Official Record Book 104, at page 111 through 135 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
