3. Neither party shall alter or change saic~ party walls
in any manner, interior decoration excepted, and said
party walls shall always remain in tne same location
as when erected, and each party to sa~d common wall
shall have a perpetual easement in that part of the
premises of the other on which said p~rty wall is
located, for party wall purposes and lateral_support.
4. The purchaser of any such single-famiiy dwelling
structure shall have the right to the full use of
said party wall subject to the provisions hereof.
