WESTGLEN CORPORATION, owner TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN WESTGLEN CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, the fee owner of lots 1 through 40, inclusive, in WESTGLEN, situate znd being in Saint Lucie County, Florida, accordi_ng to the plat thereof filed 14 January 1969 and recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 51, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby makes and imposes the following restrictions upon the use of the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lots 1 through 40, inclusive, of WESTGLEN as recorded in Plat 8ook 14, Page 51, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 1. No l.ot or parcel shall be used for otl-?er than residential purposes. 2. No structure of a temporary character, trailer, tent, shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding shall be used thereon at any time as a residence, either temporarily or premanently, except that which have the express written approval of WESTGLEN CORPORATIOtJ or its designatpd agent. 3. No accessory building shall be erected on any lot prior to the construction of a dwelling. If a garage or other accessory building is built either simultaneously with or suYi'sequent to the construction of the dwelling, same shall be of tlie same kind af material as the dwelling, shall be substanial, and shall conform archecturally with the dwelling. 4. No fence, wall, hedge or shrub planting, or tree which ob- ; struct sight lines at elevations between two and six feet ~ - above roadway shall be placed or permitted to remain on j any corner lot within the triangular area formed by, the ~ street proerty lines nd a line connecting them at points ~ 25 feet from the int~section on the street lines. Similar ~ limitations shall apply on any lot within 10 feet from the intersection of a street property line with the edge of a driveway pavement: Fences shall be neat and attractive in appearance, of a type which will enhance, rather than ~ detract from the neighborhood appearance, and shall be regularly and properly maintained. 5. No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish or trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers and out of the public sight, and shall be removed by a garbage collector.
