BE IT REMEMBERED, that MARY LEASHER, a Notary
Public within and for the said County of St. Lucie i.n the State of Florida,
duly commissioned, sworn, qualified and acting as such Notary Public, within
the said County of St. Lucie in said State, do hereby certify that before me
voluntarily and personally appeared ROLAND E. ANDERSON and ALICE M.
ANDERSON to me known to be residents and property owners of the residence
located on South S~ore Road, Beau Rivage, Stuart, Florida (33494) and they
both stated to me that they wished voluntarily to renounce their residence
formerly at 1 Oak Terrace, Westfield in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
which they have sold and no longer own, and their voting rights as citizens
