THIS CAUSE having been heard upon the sworn petition of Dorothy
Truex for an Order Declaring Adminiatratioa Unneceasary in the Estate of
Harold M. Colby, deceased, and the Court having conaidered said petitioa
and evidence presented in support thereof, and the Court being fully satiafied
that said estate ia entitled to the apecial beaefita of Chapter 735, Florida
Statutes, pertaining ~o adminiatration unnecessary in certain eatatee, that
the averments contaiaed in the aforeeaid petition are true, and that there has ~
