title to the followinq described mortqage deeds and promissory notes as husband
and wife:
a. Mortgage deed dated january 10, 1956 from MORTIMER A. BECK and
PAULINE BECK, his wife, to P. FRANKEL THAU and ZELDA K. THAU, his wife,
filed for record January 17, 1956, in Mortgaqe Book 123, at Page 287, of the Public '
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering:
The South 2 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, of the Revised Plat of Palm Haven
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at page 44,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
The North 1/2 of Lot S and all of Lot 6, Block 1; the North 1/2 of Lot
7, and the North 1/2 of Lot 11, all of Lots 8 and 12 , Block 2, of `
Ocean View Subdiyision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, at
Pa~e 61, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
b. Mortgage Deed dated May 1, 1957, from RICHARD A. MORTON and
BETTY G. MORTON, his wife, to P. FRANKEL THAU and ZELDA K. THAU, filed for
r record May 8, 1957, fn Mortqage Book 136, at Paqes 525-528 of the Public Records
! of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering:

~ 12 of Block #4, PALM HAVEN Subdivision UIVIT #1 as per plat thereof
