WARRANTY DBED 1'756'74
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 23rd day of January, 1969,
by and between HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCI$, INC., a Flor-
ida corporation, Grantor, of the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida, party of the First Part, and CHARLES B. McMAHAN AND
WIFE, SUE B. McMAHAN, Grantees, whose Post Office Address is 914
Svans Road, Nashville, Tennessee, parties of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations,
to it in hand paid by the parties of the Second Part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledqed, has granted, bargained, and sold
to the said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, and rights and in-
terests as set forth below and in real property located and situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block #B, Lot 30, of HOLIDAY OUT
AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to the Declara-
tion of Condominium thereof, recor4~d in Official Records
Book 168, at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominiwa act
~ of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et
6`~~ seq. 1965), said description in this conveyance includes,
but is not li.mited to, all appurtenances to the condomin-
ium parcel above described, including the limited common
elements assiqned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1968 and subsequent
years.
; 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements
~ of record.
; 3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached
i thereto and the Articles of Incorporation of the As-
E sociation named in said Declaration of Condominium.

~ The purpose of this instrument is to correct an error with
respect to the name of the Grantees, Charles B. McMahan and Sue
~ B. McMahan, incorrectly shown as Charles B. McMahon and Sue B. _
McMahon, and the number of the lot, incorrectly shown as Block
~ B, Lot 28, in deed dated March 9, 1968, of record in OR Book 172,
~ page 420, St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and
be binding upon the heirs, executors, ac~minis^trators, su~cessors
~ of the Grantees and the Grantor does warrant the title to all the
~ premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same aqainst the
~ lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST.
~ LUCIE, INC., a Florida corporation, has caused these presents to
~ be executed by its President and to be attested by its corporate
