RELEASE AND SATISFACTION

WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County ~
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, _
Jacksanvi~le, Floricia, her 3nafter referred to as "mortqagee", and
its assiqns, the premises ~herein particularly desc'ribed; to secure
the payment ~f the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSR$AS, the said mortgagor has req~s tedthe said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said ~ortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgaqe.
NOW, THSREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does.remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said n~rtgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portioh of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more .
particularly described as follows: ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, ~
unto the mortgagor, its successors~and assigns forever, freed, ~
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
. and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 19th day of
