RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESL PRESBNTS:

WHSREAS, Holiday Out in ~lmerica at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "~;.ttqaqee", and
its assigns, the premises tt~erein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHBREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of ~
said mortgaqe. •
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) D~31ars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and ope~ation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more ,
particularly described as follows:

'.a appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific referenc~ is hereby made for a specific ~
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage, ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing~ j
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the reinaining part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the saic~ Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 18th day of .
