WH$REAS. Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ;
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", ~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonrille, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment o~ the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHBR$AS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. .
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideratinn of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, nhre .

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqage, ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or niminish the effect, (
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of-
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
instruiaent to be signed at Jacksonville on this 19th day of ~
