RELEASE AND SATISFACTION

WHBREAS, ~oliday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
o# St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe •
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mehtioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortqaqor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said raortqaged premises, from the lien and operation c~
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in • ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate a:~d discharge from the lien_and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more •
particularly described as follows:

r.a appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, page 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific ~
descriptior? of the property released. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the raortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and fram the Iien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released.therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WfiEREOF, the said Mortqaqee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonvi~le on this 14th day of
