RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESENTS:
WHERSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the oEfice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
oF St. Lucie, State of FZorida, in Official Record 8ook 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyecl to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises tl~erein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,OC0) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortgagor has reqtES tedthe said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by.said mortqage, more .
particularly described as follows:

T,O HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part ~
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
. the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
