KNOW ALL MSN BY THESS PRESENTSt
WEISREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as tha "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of Septeraber 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payzaent of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSRSAS, the said mortgaqor has reques ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said n~rtgaqor,_its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, nwre •
particularly described as follows: j

~.a appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the ~
said Clerk's Office in Plat Hook 14, page 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part '~~y~~"--
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
