RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MSN BY THESB PRESBNTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three,Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars, :
with interest as therein mentioned. '
AND WHEREAS, the said inortgaqor has reques tel the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinaEter described, beinq
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of '
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more •
particularly described as follows:

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqagee has caused this ;
