RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MRN BY THESE PRESSNTS:
WHSREAS, Holid~y Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ,
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", ~
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe ~
- 2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly deECribed, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300.000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.

AND WH$REAS, the said mortgaqor has reque~ ted the said . '
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. -
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more •
particularly described as follows: '

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, .
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, }
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing 4
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the reiaaining part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
