RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESBNTS:
WHSRSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", '
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, _1968, and recorded in ~
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book~173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300,060) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has r~~ue~ ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafi.~r described, being
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of '~'wo Thousand ($200~.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successc:is and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more
particularly described as follows: '

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, `
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part .
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
