RELEASE AND SATISFACTION ~
RNOW ALL MSN 8Y THESS PRESENTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor", '
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in }
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett :~irst National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referr~d to as "mortqagee",.and
its assiqns, the premises therein ~articularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the tien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand gaid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claiaa, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortqagor, its successors and r~ssigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more •
particular2y described as follows:

place specific reference is hereby made for a specific ~
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe, •
and every part ~hereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies o£ the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
