RELEASE AND SATISFACTION

WIiEREAS, Holiday Out in America ~t St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the suin of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has reques ted the said
. mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mort~gaqed premises, Erom the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in ~
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the l~sn and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more •
particularly described as follows:

place specific reference is hereby made for a specific ~
description of the property released. .
TO HAVE AND TO AOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, -
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
E IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
