This will confirm our conver'sation and understanding E
as Well as agreement of Saturday, March 8th~ 1969, i
that the referenced lease be amended to read apart-
ment A-12 of Shamrock Yillage instead of H-l, that
all covenan ts of said lease Will remain intact for
the period o€ said lease with no changes other than
specified apartment.
It is understood that our personnel vill aid you t
in e~oving and vill fulfill those requirements to
place apa~tment A-12 in comparabie condition to that
of apartment H-l. i
