MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed the 18th day of March, 1969,
by ALTO ADAMS, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Collnty, Florida, hereinafter
called the mortgagor, to BINNEY PROPERTIES, INC. , a F'lorida corpora-
tion, c/ b St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida; hereinafter called
the mortgagee: ~ ~
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note
of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee
all the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
All of Government Lots 3 and 4, in Sectian Township
35 South, Range 41 East; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
following: !
1. The West 70 feet of the above as right of way for
