other valuable aonside~ations paid by the party of the second part, the reoeipt whereof is hemby acknowledgec~ do
g?ant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its sucoesso?s, and assiqns, s ~ight-of-way in St.~ lutAe-COunty,
Florida, desaibed as follows, to-wit: ~
The West 100 feet of Section 3, Township 37 South,

AND
The West 100 feet of Section 34, Township 36 South,
Range 38 8ast.
AND
The West 100 feet of Section 10, Township 3? South.
Range 38 East.
AND
The East 60 feet of *he West 100 feet of that part
of Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 38 Sast, ~
lying North and West of the Glades Road.
This deed is executed and delivered aubject to the provisions of
the Right of Way Agreement between parties hereto dated May 25, 1968,
and recorded in O.R. Book 172, at page 968 through 970, and if the
f party of the seco~d part has not completely performed the work agreed
; to in said Right of Way Agreement within,five (5) years from this
~ date, title to the above described lands shall revert to the parties
~ of the first part, their heirs, legal repreaentatives or assiqns.

THIS OEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its waesson, legal repre-

do hereby fully war~snt the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
