corner of lands heretofore deeded to Thomas F. Dulaney, by John
Hevenveld as described in Deed Book 219, Page 504, Public Records of

along said East right of way 111.0 feet, thence with an interior angl
of 86 degrees 45 minutes run Northeasterly 265.1 feet to the West
Shore of Indian River, thence So~theasterly along said West shore ;
