St. Lucie County Bank are in her custody and under her control.

Bank reveal that on February'1, 1957, LSS B. HARVEY and CORA
LEE HARVEY, his wife, delivered to the St. Lucie County Bank
f, an executed Warranty Deed dated February l, 1957 from the

4. Said deed was delivered to the St. Lucie County Bank
