On this~ day before me, the undersi.gned authority, per-
sonally appeared SADI$ MOUNTS, who after being by me first
duly sworn, upon oath says:
1. ~'hat my name is SADI$ MOUNTS; that Affiant and her
husband, ~WARD MOUNTS, are the grantees in that certain
Warranty Deed on the above described property dated February 1,
1957 frcxn LSS B. HARVSY and CORA L1~3 HARVEY, his wife.
2. Z'hat on or about May 30, 1956, Affiant and her hus-
band entered into possession of the property described above
pursuant to those certain Articles of Agreement dated May 29,
1956 between LEE B. BARVEY and HOWARD MOUNTS and 9~I$ MOUNTS,
his wife.
' 3. Z'hat on February 1, 1957, LEE B. AARVEY and CORA

E LEE HARVSY, his wife, executed a Warranty Deed on the above
described property to Affiant and her husband, and delivered
said deed to the St. Lucie County Bank for delivery to Affi~nt
and her husband, subject only to the collection of $475.00.
4. 1'hat on April 15, 1958, when the $475.00 had been
paid in full, St. Lucie County Bank delivered to Affiant the
~ executed Warranty Deed which is recorded in Deed Book 244 at
~ page 604 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
