~IIS AGRSSMFNT, Made the day of February, 1969,
by and between JOffid D. $LLIS, SR., hereinafter called
Lessor, and JOS$PH B. BRANCH and MARY L. BRANCH, his wife,
and WILLI$ DAVIS, a single adult, d/b/a ~ CASARffi~, here-
inafter called Lessee;
WITNSSSSTB, that said Lessor dces, by these presents,
lease and let unto the said Lessee those certain premises,
more particularly described as follows: ~
A res taurant, s i.x ( 6) roans , one (1) res t-
room and one (1) bathroom located at 510
North 13th Street in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAV$ AND TO HOLD the premises above described unto
said Lessee from January 31, 1969 for a term of one (1)
year. Said Lessee agrees to pay unto said Lessor, his
heirs, successors and assigns the follvwing rental:
; Forty and no/100 Dollars ($40.00) per week
; in advance for the months of February and
~ March, 1969. Z'hereafter, the rental sums
are payable at the rate of One Hundred Sixty
and no/100 Dollars ($160.00) per month in
advance. '
~ Z"he Lessor grants unto the Lessee the right to renew this
said Lease for a second one-year term com~aencing January
31, 1970, for rental of One Hundred $ighty and no/100
Dollars ($180.00) per month in advance. All rental sums
mentioned herein do not include any State Sales Tax. In -
~ addition to the rental sums mentioned, Lessee agrees to i
pay to Lessor any sales tax determined to be due by the
Florida Revenue Commission.
If Lessee elects to exercise the option herein granted
for a second one~year term, he shall inform the Lessor in
