party of the first part, and MZH~4N SAL~S CQI~lPANY, a Delaware cor-
poration: HOLLY HILL FRUIT PRODt~TS CO.~ INC., a Florida corpora-
tion~ and CRAIGMONT CITRUS CORPORATION, a Flori3a corporation,
hereinafter called the parties of the second part,

WASRBAS, by an instrwnent dated May 7, 1962 and recorded in

O. R. Book 36, at page 132, WRIGHT W. CARLTON, a/k/a W. W. CARLTON,
and ANNIS G. CARLTON, his wife, granted to the partiea of the second
part or their predecessors in title the hereinafter described ease-
ment in St..Lucie County, Florida, and
WHER$AS, the party of the first pa=t has conveyed to St. Lucie
County a riqht-of-way 100 feet wide along the Weat eide of Sectiona
21 and 28, Townahip 36 South, Range 38 8ast and along the South side
of Section 28, Township 36 South, Range 38 East for the cohstruction
of Carlton Road under the St. Lucie County Secondary Road Bond
Program, and
WASRBAS, St. Lucie County under said Bond Program will con-
struct a paved road on said right-of-way from Okeechobee Road to
. the SS corn~r of said Sectian 28, Tawnship 36 South, Range 38 8ast.
