belonqing or in anywise appertaining. -

AND the Grantors~ hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-

whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real ru~ning with the land to wit:

division plat. .

at Page 477, public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
