WHSRSAS, the 3t. Lucie County P~~nning and Zoninq Cwaaission,
after holding a public hearinq of which due notice was publiehed
at least fifteen ~15j days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearinq has
recoiaemended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning classi-
fication be Dffi~1I$D; and
WH$RSAS, said Board of County Cormnissioners held a public hear-
ing on said recomaaendation on March 25, 1969, after first publish-
ing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 7th day of
March, 1969, said date being at least fifteen (15j days prior to
the date of said hearing;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RSS~,VSD by the Board of County Commis-

sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 25th day of
March, 1969, as follows: ~
