Delete R-5 DISTRICT (HOTSL) from District Requla- tions. i Section 2. Amend District Regulations for R-4 DISTRICT ~MO'1'~I.) ~ to read as follows: ~ ~ "DISTRICT R-4 MOTEL AND HOT$L "PERMITTLD PRINCIPAL USLS AND STRLFC'PURES Any use permitted in an R-$ District, subject to the limitations, requirements and procedures prescribed for such use. One-family, two-family, and multiple dwellings. Hotel, motel, touriat home, boarding houae, villas, bungalow court. Private club, lodqe, fraternity, sorority and other similar uses not operated for profit. Institutions of an educat,ional, philanthropic or eleemosynary character, not operated for profit, other than penal or correctional institutions or vocational or trade schools. Medical or dental office or clinic.
