structure or premiaes ahall.be prohibited until the re-
quired parkinq area has been improved, fnspected and xp-
proved."
Section 4. Amend offstreet parking requirements for "Dwelling,
Multiple-familyn'as provided in Paragraph 9, of Section 11,
OFFSTR$BT PARKING AND LQADING to read, as followa:
"Dwellinq, Multiple-family:
One bedroom 1.5 parking spaces
~o bedroom- 2 parking epacea
Three bedrooms 2.5 parking spaces
Sfficiency or Studio 1.5 parkinq.spaces"
Section 5. Amend Official Zoning Atlas by redesignating all
lands presently designated as R-5 District (i~otelj to the
new R-4 District ~Motel and 8ote1).
