5(a) RELEASE CLAUSES In consideration of the payment or
prepayment of each annual installment due upon the mort-
gage and note secured hereby, the Mortgagee, his suc-
cessors or assigns, will release from the lien and obli-
gation of this mortgage portions of the land encumbered
hereby as follows: -
1. One foot of land as measured on the perpendicular,
for each E250.00 so paid.
2. Each parcel to be released shall be released from
South to North and sha11 be contiguous to one another.
3. Whenever a release shall be requested, the Mortgagor
shall furnish the Mortgagee with a survey description -
of the lands sought to be released and the Mortgagee
shall thereupon execute and deliver a recordable
written instrument releasing said lands from the lien
of the mortgage as herein provided.
5(b) This mortgage is given and accepted upon the further con-
dition that the Mortgagee shall in case of default, sat-
isfy the obligations secured hereby solely by foreclosure
and sale of the mortgaged premises, and that the Mortgagor
shall not be personally liable for any deficiency.
5(c) This is a purchase money mortgage.
