ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED T~5 DEED Made and entered into this 12th day of March, 1969, between MAURICE T. INGLING, the duly constituted and qualified administrator of the estate of Clarence Eugene Ingling, Jr. , deceased, late of Martin. County, Flarida, as party of the first part, and MAURICE T. INGLING, individually, and E. FLORINE INGLING, his wife, as an eatate by the entirety, of ?80? West 9? Place, Oak Lawn, IIlinois 60457, as parties of the second part. WITNESSETH; Tt~at upon the petition of the party of the first part, the Honorable Mallory L. Johnson, County Judge in and for said county, granted to the first party leave to sell the land of the said Clarence Eugene Ingling, Jr. , for the purpose of making distribution of the estate. - Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and in further consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considesa,tions, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed, and does hereby sell and convey unto Maurice T. Ingling, and E. Florine Ingling, his wife, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated in the R € County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and described as follows: ~ ~ Lot 18, Block 63, Lakewood Park Unit 6, St. Lucie County, Florida. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Maurice T. Ingling and E.
