QUIT - CLAIM DEED
T H I S Q U I T - C L A I M D E E D, executed this _ day of
March , A. D. 1969, by the CIT'Y OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, and having its principal place o# business at Fort Pierce, Florida,
grantor, to the HEIRS AT LAW of RALPH O~ DEPEW, deceased, as
grantees as to Parcel One hereinafter described and A, J. WAITE, as
grantee as to Parcel Two hereinafter described, whose mailing address
is 421 North Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida;
WITNESSETA: That the said grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations in hand paid by the
saici grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said grantees forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said grantor has in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lqing and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
