and/or an extension thereof to the east side of land
owned by grantee, the southern boundary of which strip
of land shall be along said south line of Lot 8 and/or
an extension thereof, from the point of beginning of
said atrip to the eastern termi.nus thereof.
by reason of the easements of record in Deed Book 180 at pages 481 and
483, respectively, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO H~VE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the
said grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said grantees forever excepting only unto the grantor the free
utilization, without liability, of the storm sewer (or drain) now existing be-
neath the surface of the described land for the remainder of its useful life
with the right of servicing the same from the terminal openings. Any
servicing or maintenance required at an intermediate point shall be per-
formed only with the consent of the then owner of the fee title, which con-
