EXECUTO~i'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the Slst day of March, 1969, between
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Executor of the Estate of Laura E. Ammerman,

deceased, party of the first part, and GERTRUDE SCHULTZ, party of the second
part, whose addresa is 614 Faber Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part pursuant to the Order of the County Judge's
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated March 26, 1969, and in consideration
of the premises and the sum of $18, ?50. 00 and other good and valuable consider-
ation in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releasea, conveys
and confirms to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lot 9, Block 3 of TBUMB POINT, as per plat
tiiereof on file in P'lat Book 10, page 79, public
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is given subject to the protective
covenants recorded in Deed Book 227, page 107,
public records of Saint Lucie Couaty, Florida.
Z'OGETHER, with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and -
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI,D the same to the party of the second part, her
heirs and ass~igns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things prelimina~ry to and
ia and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court
and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
