WHSR$AS~ On January 12, 1956, ROBSRT FABSR. did enter
into an agreement with St. Lucie County Sanitary District Board
suthori~ing eaid Board to enter upon the hereinafter de~cribed
lande with its equipanent for the purpose of digging ditches and
building roadways according to such plat ae the director of the
sanitary district ehould prepare for the ~urpose of mosquito and
eandfly control and eradication, which agreement was filed January
20, 1956, and recorded in Deed.Book 209, page 511, St. Lucie
County, glorida, public records, and
WF~R$AS, Stawe-Barber Corporation, a Flor ida corporation, is
presently the awner of the hereinafter described property and hae
requested the termin~?tion of the hereinbefore deacribed agreement,
NOrW. THgR$FORS, in consideration of the terms and conditions
- of the said agreement of January 12, 1956, and in further coneideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
coneiderations given by Stawe-Barber Corporation, a Florida corporation,
; to the unders igned, it is agreed that the certain agreement between

declared and the eame shall be null and void and terminated in all
respects as to the following deecribed real property situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
