THIS IS A PURCBFISE MONEY MORTGAGE.
The Mortgagee will make, execute and deliver to the Mortgagor,
his heirs or asaigns, partial releases of this mo~rtgage at followe
1. Without payment of any further consideration or payment, the
Mortgagee shall release to the Mortgagor at his request a parcel
of land 100 feet wide as measured from North to South on the per- ~
pendicular and running from the watere of the Atlantic Ocean to ~
the waters of the Indian River. ;

~ 2. The Mortgagee ahall release to the Mortgagor, his heire or
asei~gns, additional parcels having a minimum width as measured
. from North to South of 100 feet and extending from the waters of
the Atlantic Ocean to the waters of the Indian River upon payment
of the sum of $270.00 for each foot of property ao released.
All principal paymenta made on this mortqage ahall apply taward
partial releasee and all payments made for partial releasee in
excess of the principal payments then due shall apply to the next
princip al paymenta becoming due hereunder.
