RELEASE CLAUSE
$
Z'he m~rtgagee will release from the encumhrance of said purchase money
mortgaqe_a 10;000 equare foot parcel of real property to be selected by
the Buyers in,.consideration of the payment of $1,-500.00 cash to the
mortgagee. Z'!ie mortqagee will, for $1,500.00 cash each, execute and
deliver as many partial releases of said purchase money mortgage as -
there are 10,000 square foot parcels of real property, located within
the following described real property, to-wit:
Part of Government Lot 1, Section 33, ~ownship 34 South, Ranqe 40 East,
nare particularly described as follows: ~
~ Cppq~encing::at a point on the North line of Section 33, Tbwnship 34
` Sout~, Range 40 East, 25 feet easterly from the center line of the
` Northbound mai.n tract of the Florida East Coast.Ra~lway Company as
4 measured at right angles thereto, run South 20 degrees, 43 minutes Bast
~ - parallel to the centerline of said railway tract 524.38, to t~te North
line of the "Middlemost one-third" of Gt~vernment Lot:l of said Section
33, as ger plat recorded in Plat Book 4, page B'~of the St. Lucie County,
Florida public~records; thence East along the North line of aforesaid
"Middlemost one-third" of Government Lot 1, 266.35 feet to a epike in
the hard-surfaced road; thence South 1 degree, 52 minutes East 207.48
feet to a steel shaft for the point of beginning for the tract herein
described:
From said po~.nt of beginning, run North 89 degrees, 28 minutes East,
278.65 feet to a steel shaft on the East line of Pollard's land; thence
South l,degree, 52 minutes East alonq the East line of Pollard's land
366.45 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North 2.09 chains
of the "Furthermost 11 acres of Lot~l" (as desc=ibed in Deed Book A
at page 579 of the Brevard County Public Records), thence run West
along said Soutll line 278.65 feet; thence run in a Northerly direction
in a straight line to the point of beginninq.

the ~tqaqee to reduce the principal balance of the purchase money
mortgage and said $1,500.00 paymenta ahall not affect the m4nthly
paymenta due and payable under said purchase money mortgaqe. For
parcels of real property in excess of 10,000 aq. ft. but less than
20,000 sq. ft., the mortgagee will for the prorata part of $1,500.00
for each such parcel, the mortgaqee shall execute and deliver a partial
release to said parcel.
