AM$NDMENT TO MORTGAGB
WHSRTAS, WINDMILL VILLAGB BY THS SBA, INC., a Florida
corporation, as Mortqaqor, qranted a certain mortqaqe unto CITIZBNS
BANR & TRUST COMPANY in Sarasota, as l~lortqaqee, coverinq certain
lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortqaqe was dated December
20,~1968 and recorded in Official Record Book 175, paqe 1126, and
WSERSAS, the description used in said mortqaqe was vague and
ambiguous and the Mortqagor wishes to correct the same.
NOW, THERSFORE, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other
qood and valuable considerations, the Mortgagor hereby amends said
mortgage so that the description therein reads as follows, to wit:
The Northerly 250 feet as measured alonq State
Road AlA of Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 11
and Government 2, Section 12, all in Township
37 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, less the right-of-way of State Road
AlA.
As hereby amended, the Mortqaqor hereby reconfirms all of the pro-
visions of the aforedescribed mortgaqe and the note secured thereby.
