WARRANTY DEBD
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 14th day of February, 1969,
by and between EDWARD SPINNLER and wife, BLANCHE SPINNLER, 226 B
Leisure Village, Lakewood, New Jersey. Grantors, parties of the
First ~art, and WARD IRWIN and wife, CORA L. IRWIN, Grantees, whose
Post O~fice Address is 125 Wonder Valley Road, Bristol, Tennessee
37620, parties of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the Firat Part, for and in Fonsidera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars and other qood and valuable consid-
erations, to them in hand paid by the parties of the Second Part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the Second Part, their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described real property, and rights
and interests as set forth below and in real property located and
situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block #A, Lot #22 of HOLIDAY
OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominiwa thereof, recorded in Of-
ficial Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided
for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the
State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq. 1965) said de-
=j NOLIOAY ~ scription in this conveyance includes, but is not
R ~N limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium
parcel above described, including the limited common
elements assigned, hereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Condominium.

This Conveyance is subject to the following: ,~j'
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1969 and sub- ~
sequent years.
; 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and ease-
ments of record.
F 3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibiics at-
tached thereto and the Articles of Incorporation
of the Association named in said Declaration of
~ Condominium.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to
and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, suc-
cessors of the grantees and the grantors do warrant the title to
all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same aqainst
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our sig-
