WI~REAS, the Trustees of the Internal Improvement fi.ind of
the State of Florida granted.to the St. Lucie County Sanitary
District by germit dated March 6, 1939 and recorded in Deed Book
94, at~page 93 of the public records of said county permission
to construct certain works on the hereinafter described lands,
and
WHEREAS, Robert F. McRoberts, Jr., as Trustee, is now the
owner of said lands and has requested the St. Lucie County Mos-
quito Control District, the successor to the St. Lucie County
Sanitary District, to modify said permit so as to provide for its
termination upon sixty (60) days notice when the owner is ready to
proceed with the development of said land.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable consideration the St. Lucie County Mos-
quito Control District agrees to terminate said permit as to the
following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
! The North 440 feet of Government Lot 2 in
~ Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 41 East

~ upon sixty (60) days notice in writing from the owner thereof that

he is prepared and ready to start the development of said lands by E

pumping it in. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control
District has caused this Agreement to be executed under its seal
by its Chairman this /g ~ day of March, 1969.
