THLS INDENTURE, executed the day of April, 1969,
between WILLIAM DOUGLAS ROSA, as : 3ministrator De Bonus Non, Cum
Testamento Annexo, of the estate of Alexander Nugis, deceased, party of
the first part, and WILLLAM DOUGLAS R06A, party of the second part,
whose address is 120 Estia Lane, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Florida, .
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part on the day of April, A. D. 1969,
pursuant to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the above named
decedent, in consideration of the premises and the sum of ~10. 00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
premises, releases, conveya and confirms to the party of the second part,
and to his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
