A. D. 1969, by THE MOST REVEREND WILLIAM D. BORDERS, as Bishop
of the Diocese of Orlando, his successors in office, a corporation sole,
whose post office address is P. O. Bog 3069, Orlando, Florida, 32801,
first party, to ~'LOYD C. WELCH and EVELYN MAE WELCA, his wife,
whose post office address is 1708 Havana Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, second party:
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations in hand
paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the said second party

~ pose of removing the cloud imposed upon the title of the second i
~ party by reason of the inadvertent inclusion of the above described
real property in that certain quit-claim deed from the The Most
Reverend Colennan F. Carroll, as Archbishop of the Archdiocese
of Miami, his successors in office, a corporation sole, to first
' party hereof dated June 19, 1968 and recorded in Official Record
- Book 172, page 1999 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; tbe above described real property haviug theretofore
been deeded by Coleman F. Carroll, as the Bishop of the Diocese
: of Miami to Floyd C. Welch by deed dated January 24, 1968, re-
~ corded in 4. R. Book 170, page 849 of the public records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida and the said Floyd C. Welch having sub-
sequently caused the title to become vested in the second parties
hereof by Deed recorded in O. R, Book 170, page 2262 of the
~ public records of St. Lucie Co~ty, Florida.
