incoae and profits aor or hereafter pertsining or

provided however, that so long as_the ~ortgagor shsil
faithful~y keep and perfor~ each and every of his
promises and cdvenants set.forth in said notd and set
forth in all other portions of tbis s~ortgage and suffer -
no default in connection thereMith~ the iortgagee shall
